Zenergy Health of Georgia provides a full range of treatments for psychological, emotional, mental, and behavioral problems. Ancient energy healing traditions are combined with traditional psychological interventions to provide each client with a specific treatment plan.

Typical session would include stimulating many of the same points on the body that are used in acupuncture to change the bioelelectric response of thoughts and emotions. As the energy points are stimulated traditional psychological interventions such as positive affirmations, visualization, and expression of intentions are used to change the energetic responses associated with the unwanted thoughts and emotions. Cognitive restructuring occurs as unwanted thoughts and emotions are disrupted and replaced by healthier thoughts and emotions.

Zenergy Health of Georgia is staffed by professionally licensed mental health counselors. Our staff has additional training and certification from the Association of Energy Psychology.

Amy B. Otzel is a Retired U.S. Army Behavioral Health Sergeant, Iraq War combat theater Veteran, former Readjustment Counseling Therapist with the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center and CT State Military Support Program Clinician, and Licensed Psychotherapist. While informed by graduate degree achievements in psychology, professional counseling, and integrative health & healing, Amy’s personal journey to inspire her own health, wellness, and the healing from trauma has enhanced her endeavor to contribute forward in healing service to others. Committed to holistically-minded integrative mental health practice, Amy is currently continuing the mission in service to military members, Veterans, and their families in private practice at Inner Resource Psychotherapy. Additionally, Amy routinely contributes in educational service as a Yale University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry Lecturer, a mental health professional development educator, a military and Veteran cultural competency educator for healthcare providers, a Holistic Stress Management Instructor, a holistic health and wellness facilitator at Toivo by Advocacy Unlimited, and an Advanced Level-2 Breath~Body~Mind™ teacher. Alongside her husband, Nick, she is co-owner of Nature’s Resource Wellness Market and shares in the joy of living, loving, and growing with their son, Nicholas, and daughter, Valorie.

Nirupama Desai is certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification, Covington, WA and is registered with the National Center for Homeopathy, Alexandria, VA. She has a Bachelors Degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, India ( 5 and 1/2 years formal full time education from 1992-1997 ) and a Masters degree in Homeopathic Materia Medica ( MD Hom ) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Banglore, India ( 3 years formal full time education).

Nirupama has over 15 years of experience in Classical Homeopathy and has been in practice since 1997. She began and continued her practice in India before she moved to the US where she has her family practice in Gaithersburg, MD. She enjoys working to rebalance the health and well being of people of all ages. She offers Telehealth Consultations via Skype, computer, telephone and in person to assist you in your health care issues that are self limiting and non emergencies.

Vishwas Healing Centre is dedicated to spread the holistic alternative therapies specially, energy medicines all over the world in order to ensure that it is available to everyone who wants to learn, and open a whole new universe of (spiritual) advancement to everyone so as everyone can live life more fully and can access the vast ocean of energy. Brooke West provides trauma-informed Yoga and meditation programming online and in person for prevention and recovery from traumatic stress, mental distress, and spiritual emergency. Offers: one-on-one Yoga therapy; peer support group facilitation,; Restorative Yoga and meditation workshops, retreats and trainings; research; resources; peer advocacy and outreach. Brooke West is a psychiatric survivor with lived experience navigating recovery, the California Behavioral Health system, Social Security, hospitalization, forced medication and treatment. She is an active member of Twelve Step Recovery groups. She presents at national and international conferences and is a leader in alternative local mental health peer support networks in San Luis Obispo County, California and internationally.
