Located in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, 4Winds Farm offers a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. We address the constraints of traditional treatments through integrating the body, mind and spirit. We are uniquely focused on dissolving diagnostic categories. Our residents are not divided by their diagnosis, and they participate in classes and workshops with our greater community, helping to break down the silence and stigma that can be so isolating.

We offer custom designed wellness and recovery programs for individuals following a psychosocial and interpersonal assessment. Through our deep understanding and work with traumatic memory we address unresolved trauma, PTS, drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Trauma may result from a wide variety of stressors such as accidents, invasive medical procedures, sexual or physical assault, emotional abuse, neglect, war, natural disasters, loss, birth trauma, or the corrosive stressors of ongoing fear and conflict.

Nirupama Desai is certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification, Covington, WA and is registered with the National Center for Homeopathy, Alexandria, VA. She has a Bachelors Degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, India ( 5 and 1/2 years formal full time education from 1992-1997 ) and a Masters degree in Homeopathic Materia Medica ( MD Hom ) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Banglore, India ( 3 years formal full time education).

Nirupama has over 15 years of experience in Classical Homeopathy and has been in practice since 1997. She began and continued her practice in India before she moved to the US where she has her family practice in Gaithersburg, MD. She enjoys working to rebalance the health and well being of people of all ages. Zenergy Health of Georgia provides a full range of treatments for psychological, emotional, mental, and behavioral problems. Ancient energy healing traditions are combined with traditional psychological interventions to provide each client with a specific treatment plan.

Typical session would include stimulating many of the same points on the body that are used in acupuncture to change the bioelelectric response of thoughts and emotions. As the energy points are stimulated traditional psychological interventions such as positive affirmations, visualization, and expression of intentions are used to change the energetic responses associated with the unwanted thoughts and emotions. Cognitive restructuring occurs as unwanted thoughts and emotions are disrupted and replaced by healthier thoughts and emotions.

Otzel is a Retired U.S. Army Behavioral Health Sergeant, Iraq War combat theater Veteran, former Readjustment Counseling Therapist with the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center and CT State Military Support Program Clinician, and Licensed Psychotherapist. While informed by graduate degree achievements in psychology, professional counseling, and integrative health & healing, Amy’s personal journey to inspire her own health, wellness, and the healing from trauma has enhanced her endeavor to contribute forward in healing service to others. Committed to holistically-minded integrative mental health practice, Amy is currently continuing the mission in service to military members, Veterans, and their families in private practice at Inner Resource Psychotherapy. Additionally, Amy routinely contributes in educational service as a Yale University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry Lecturer, a mental health professional development educator, a military and Veteran cultural competency educator for healthcare providers, a Holistic Stress Management Instructor, a holistic health and wellness facilitator at Toivo by Advocacy Unlimited, and an Advanced Level-2 Breath~Body~Mind™ teacher.
