Brooke West Yoga

Brooke West provides trauma-informed Yoga and meditation programming online and in person for prevention and recovery from traumatic stress, mental distress, and spiritual emergency. Offers: one-on-one Yoga therapy; peer support group facilitation,; Restorative Yoga and meditation workshops, retreats and trainings; research; resources; peer advocacy and outreach. Brooke West is a psychiatric survivor with lived experience navigating recovery, the California Behavioral Health system, Social Security, hospitalization, forced medication and treatment. She is an active member of Twelve Step Recovery groups. She presents at national and international conferences and is a leader in alternative local mental health peer support networks in San Luis Obispo County, California and internationally.
