It took some time but eventually I got better. The main thing was my fear of having another panic attack which created a lot of generalized anxiety. First I made sure to eat well, including a lot of fish and vegetables and salad into my diet, and also not drinking any alcohol. But the thing that made the big difference was after I had a panic attack when I realized that it was not that bad. After that, my terrible fear of the panic attack went away and I steadily got much better. I still struggle somewhat but I feel much better now and I am almost able to live a normal life. But also working on relaxation techniques such as Yoga helps a lot and the change of attitude is very important. Making to sure to just take one thing and a day at a time and not worry so much about the future.
